Orbital Solutions was founded in 2011 by Duane Dowell while he was serving as a partner with IntellaPro and Affinity Resources. Bringing 25 years of experience in the technology recruitment and staffing industry his success has been built on a passion to satisfy customers. Now in a position to build and grow Orbital Solutions we are on a mission to improve the value staffing companies bring to their clients.
